Refund policy

We want you to love your print — but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how returns, refunds, and replacements work at printshed.com.au.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To get started, email hello@printshed.com.au with your order number, a few photos (if relevant), and a short description of the issue.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll sort it out quickly.
You can choose either:
- A replacement print at no cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We cover all return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or misprinted items.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, that’s okay — just note:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalised prints can’t be returned unless faulty.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
4. International Returns
If you’re ordering from outside Australia (including NZ, the US, UK, or Europe):
- Contact hello@printshed.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll find the best solution — usually a replacement or refund.
- Sometimes we can resolve your request without needing a physical return, but the 7-day return window still applies if one is required.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transfer.

If you’re unsure about a return or your order hasn’t arrived as expected, contact us at hello@printshed.com.au. We’ll reply as quickly as possible and make sure everything is sorted fairly.
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
