At printshed.com.au, every order is printed to order and packed with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your prints to you
1. Where We Ship From
All orders are printed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
We ship across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and most international destinations.
2. How Long It Takes
Processing Time:
We print and dispatch your order within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Estimates:
- Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- New Zealand: 7–15 days
- North America & Europe: 14–30 days
- Asia Pacific & Rest of World: 14–30 days
Delivery times can vary based on customs, local carriers, and public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can follow your parcel through Australia Post International (or an equivalent global postal service).
When it reaches your country, final delivery is handled by your local postal service such as USPS, Royal Mail, or Canada Post.
4. Shipping Costs
- Australia: Flat rate AUD $14.95 per order
- International: Flat rate AUD $19.95 per order
All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local VAT/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
